Admission decisions are made solely by educational institutions, and visa decisions are made solely by government authorities. Our role is advisory and supportive in nature. We cannot be held responsible for rejection of applications by institutions or visa authorities.

5. Fees and Payment

Our service fees will be communicated to you before the commencement of services. Payment terms include:

• All fees are quoted in the currency specified and may be subject to applicable taxes
• Payment schedules will be provided in your service agreement
• University application fees, visa fees, and other third-party charges are separate and payable directly by you
• Refund policies will be outlined in your specific service agreement

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Vidyarth website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Vidyarth or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

7. User Content
